Is anyone else going through a MAJOR funk lately? It’s so tough to pull yourself out of it. It makes it even harder when I feel like none of my friends deal with depression. I miss having a best friend who knew exactly what I was going through, because she was going through it too, and we worked at keeping ourselves and each other afloat and never feel afraid or ashamed to talk about it. 

I need to get to the doctor, especially since the winter is only going to make it worse.
